Enjoyment of working with children
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to participate in ongoing learning
Has flexibility to meet the needs of families
Good physical condition—must provide a doctors certificate of health
Able to submit a clear Criminal Record Check for all members of the household whom are 18 years of age or older
